This is my first time experiencing a 1 to 1 reiki healing session, and I'm so happy that I came to Jasmine! The moment the session started, I dropped into receiving visuals and sensations which I did not expect, and loved the debrief after - the messages and guidance I received after were certainly timely, and I love that all of this also corresponded with the chakras. Had the opportunity to try reiki with Jasmine at an event few weeks ago. She really made the effort for the experience to be as comfortable as possible. I almost fell asleep.

More importantly we had a chat afterwards about what she could feel from me and I realized there's an underlying sorrow/heartbreak that I have been avoiding. Mostly cus I dreaded facing it... it's a timely reminder that I didn’t know I needed. felt lighter and very sleepy immediately after. Been a few weeks and the funny headache I had for a while dissipated.

It was my first Reiki session and I went for it with no prior knowledge nor expectations. Jasmine was warm, patient and made me feel very comfortable right from the start till the end of the session. I was pleasantly surprised by how calm I felt shortly after the session began and I was in a much better emotional and mental state when the session concluded. Contrary to word-on-the-street, counselling is not only for "people with problem", nor does it signify that "you have a problem". It also doesn’t mean that during a counselling session, your counsellor sits on the pedestal and tell you what you should do.

Counselling is a safe and non-judgmental space where I meet you where you are, and gently support you where you need. It can be for the issues you are facing right now, it can also be an opportunity for self-exploration and self-discovery. It can be a space for you to share the unspoken words and feelings, and help you gain clarity through a new-found perspective.
Through counselling, you can increase your self-awareness and the ability to introspect, better tools for emotional regulation, gaining insights on your thoughts patterns and limiting beliefs.
You do not need to have big issues to justify yourself for seeking counselling, and counselling can support you through various different themes and phases in life. Here are some examples.
You may be working through some challenges right now, and you need some support.
You may want to explore your childhood days.
You may be worried about the future.
You may need some clarity in making life’s big decision.
You may feel stuck.
You may need help with some big emotions right now.
You may be on your path of self-discovery and finding your life’s purpose.
And the list goes on.
I am currently on my path in pursing my Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology, and would like to offer counselling services at a small fee for my first 70 hours.
The main counselling modalities I will be using person-centered therapy (PCT), psychoanalysis, and active imagination.
From now on, active imagination will be incorporated under counselling. Active Imagination, birthed by psychologist Carl Jung, supports us to journey into your unconscious and allow the stories and emotions to be seen, heard, felt, understood, processed and integrated.

Jasmine did a distance session for me and helped me to work on my relationship blocks. The Reiki session was very relaxing and I could feel the flow of Reiki In various parts of my body. Her messages were intuitive and very on point, a confirmation of some of the things that I know I need to work on. I left the session feeling excited about the possibilities that could show up for me :)

I did a session with Jasmine again, this time remotely. We could either have it done via zoom, or share a frontal photo of yourself with Jasmine and she'd be able to channel reiki too. I chose the latter. I was very tired that day so I honestly didn't feel anything, except stillness and calm. She ended the session with some feedback for me to take away with. Even though the session lasted only 30 mins and I had little sleep that night, I woke up feeling recharged and positive.

Changes and cancellations will incur a 100% charge if requested within 24 hours from the scheduled session time.
