The best life I'm talking about is that it is in everyone's birthright to be safe, supported, abundant and experience life at its fullest.
Being conditioned into thinking that if I achieved all the things that the people around me, the society and the media perceived as success, I will finally be happy.
But I am not.
I did not get any sense of relief, let alone any breadcrumbs of joy.
After many years of living a life that is misaligned and lost, I embarked on a journey of soul-searching, healing and unlearning all conditionings that did not serve me one bit of my happiness.
And finally, I feel the light.
So I handpicked the few core modalities that allowed me to regain the spark in my life, together with all the knowledge and wisdom I gained along this road, allow me to support you in your journey is regaining your spark too.

Having worked in the corporate world in the financial field for more than 10 years, I had experienced very bad burnouts, became disconnected, and felt like I've lost the meaning of life entirely.
After experiencing yet another burnout from my last corporate job in 2022, with me ending up with frequent heart palpitation and an unhealthy nervous system, I resigned from my job feeling lost and hopeless, unsure what are my next steps.
It took me a year to nurse myself back to health - physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically.
I plunged myself into varies healing modalities, and Reiki is one of the most profound modality that supported and healed me back to health and alignment. While we all can be supported energetically with Reiki, we would need something tangible that we are able to comprehend with our minds, and that's where Mental Alchemy steps in.
Currently still in my pursuit in Advance Diploma of Counselling Psychology, pairing up with years of deep diving into psychoanalysis, I offers Mental Alchemy, which is adopted from Carl Jung's modality active imagination. I offer it both as a standalone, and as a supplement to Reiki treatment for a more powerful healing session.
In addition, with my gifts of being highly empathic, clairsentience and intuitive, if you allow me to support you in your healing and spiritual journey, together we can make this journey a gentle, yet a profound and impactful one.
I am currently a certified Usui Reiki Level 3 Practitioner trained under Reiki Glow Singapore by Elaine, and a graduate of Diploma in Counselling Psychology from College of Allied Educators, currently still in my pursuit of Advance Diploma. I'm currently on a journey to become a Reiki Master and a certified counsellor.
